
Dosing Tube
Available in both Silicon Nitride
and Aluminum Titanite

Instead of the traditional scoop-pour pouring method, the aluminum melt is added through the funnel under the surface of the aluminum melt in the closed dosing furnace. With the aid of gas pressure, the molten aluminum rises into the dosing tube, then flows from the dosing furnace into the filling chamber of the die casting machine through the molten metal chute.
The dosing furnace is controlled by a multi-function electric control system, which supplies aluminum liquid in a fixed amount, and can conveniently supply aluminum quantitatively. Dosing quantities range from 0.2kg to 4kg per second, regardless of the weight.
